Samuel Leupold

Samuel Leupold is currently an independent consultant and director. He is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the British company CORIO Generation, an offshore wind developer that is part of the Macquarie Green Investment Group. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the technology and service company Schlumberger, a global supplier of energy technologies and related services. Previously, he spent several years as CEO of Orsted Wind Power (formerly Dong Wind Power), the world pioneer in the development and operation of offshore wind farms. Before that, Leupold was at the BKW Group as Head of International Energy and Trading. Leupold holds a degree in mechanical engineering from ETH Zurich and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD.
