The energy service provider and infrastructure provider - Westenergie, together with the administration of Traben-Trarbach, has modernized the lighting in the car park of the Moseltherme in Wildsteiner Weg and supplied a new light mast with state-of-the-art LED light heads.
Representatives of the Traben-Trarbach municipality and Westenergie employees now symbolically inspected the new technology and were convinced of the advantages of the modernization.
energy savings
Westenergie is covering the costs of converting the lighting and is helping the Traben-Trarbach collective municipality to save energy.
"With the new, longer-lasting LED technology, we are not only easing the burden on the collective municipality's budget but are also protecting the environment. This is another contribution by the collective municipality and our Moseltherme to climate protection," said the Mayor of the Traben-Trarbach collective municipality, Marcus Heintel.
modern modernization
Marcus Heintel adds, "The modern modernization also better lights up the parking lot at the Moseltherme."
After the modernization, the car park is completely equipped with efficient LED lamps. Thanks to the conversion, the municipality expects to be able to operate the lighting in the Moseltherme car park with significantly less energy than the removed lights. This will significantly reduce electricity costs.
