United Electric Controls (UEC), a manufacturer of standard and custom-designed solutions for safety, alarm and emergency shutdown (ESD) functions for OEMs, process and discrete industries announces that they have joined the Federation of European Tank Storage Associations (FETSA) as a supplier partner. 

United Electric Controls looks forward to contributing to discussions and working groups within FETSA and the broader European tank storage community.

UEC will be participating in FETSA’s annual conference in Brussels, Belgium on 15-16 June 2022

Julian Yeo, Strategic Marketing Manager at United Electric Controls (UEC), said “UEC has been providing pressure and temperature transmitters and switches, along with gas detection for tank monitoring and safety applications for decades."

Julian Yeo adds, "Tanks and terminals provide critical infrastructure and we are strong proponents for safety, so we want to support the members of FETSA and ILTA (International Liquid Terminals Association) as they consider best operating practices and deal with geopolitical and environmental challenges.”

United Electric Controls at FETSA’s annual conference

United Electric Controls will be participating in FETSA’s annual conference in Brussels, Belgium on 15-16 June 2022. FETSA’s mission is to represent and promote the interests of its members while maintaining the safety and sustainable development of the bulk liquid storage sector. 

Bulk liquid and liquefied gas terminals are present in ports, airports, logistic platforms and along rivers, canals and pipelines across Europe. FETSA represents over 140 companies operating 692 terminals.
