SemperPower has put its first large-scale energy storage project of 10MW in Terneuzen into operation. In addition, SemperPower is entering into a partnership with investor Stecc Capital to support further growth.

The 10MW/10MWh energy storage system in Terneuzen was realized in collaboration with local stakeholders Windpark Koegorspolder, Yara Sluiskil, and the Municipality of Terneuzen. The financing partners for this project are Stecc Capital and Triodos Bank.

Alfen acted as project supplier and installer. SemperPower is responsible for the management, energy trading, and business operations of the project that went into operation.

Through the strategic partnership with Stecc Capital, confirmed by an investment of several million euros, SemperPower is strongly positioned to realize further growth.
