Leech brings to Schumacher his considerable experience and overall leadership acumen
Leading the charge is Schumacher’s new chief executive officer, Mickey Leech. “Delivering innovation to the market in the traditional aftermarket power categories while solidifying our authority in the emerging electric vehicle charging arena are key parts of our growth vision for the company,” he said.
Leech brings to Schumacher his considerable experience successfully growing MTD Products through his innovative approaches to new product development, international manufacturing, distribution, and overall leadership acumen.
one-distribution center model
“We decided on a one-distribution center model a few years ago, and selected Texas for our facility,” Leech continued. “Texas is corporate friendly and a very desirable location for a one-distribution model."
"We were fortunate to be able to build our headquarters in the same geography. We’re excited to have our company headquartered in the Lone Star State and look forward to adding new talent from the flourishing DFW area.”
