ECSI's VP and General Manager, Matt Myers, recently announced the promotion of Ryan Dickey to Chief Estimator. In his new role, Ryan will be responsible for pioneering ECSI’s estimating department and overseeing the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects.

new processes and strategies

When asked, “Why estimating?” Ryan said that the combination of engineering, sales, and a competitive spirit helps to keep things interesting day-to-day. His favorite project since starting at ECSI in 2019 has been North Loop Green III, a mixed occupancy high-rise in downtown Minneapolis. The project presented a number of systems challenges that Ryan enjoyed solving and working through.

Looking ahead, Ryan aims to develop new processes and strategies to continue to help inspire his team for future success and enjoy the work that they’re doing. Congratulations, Ryan, on a well-deserved promotion!
