The UvA researches the 500 companies with the best reputation in the Netherlands. Professor Henk Volberta, the pioneering Researcher, said: "I think that purpose and societal positioning have become increasingly important for the image of organizations."
Response from the RAI
COO Maurits van der Sluis and Manager - HR, Bianca van den Oever speak proudly about the new insights and chances for the RAI after the temporary shutdown due to COVID-19.
Bianca van den Oever stated: "The RAI is an extremely dynamic workplace. This means we work closely together to reach our goals, and to celebrate our successes when we do. Thankfully we were able to preserve our community feeling in the past two years, mainly due to keeping in touch with our employees and partners, both virtually and physically (according to COVID-19 regulations)."
