E.ON strengthens its cultural commitment in Berlin and once again supports the Festival of Lights, this time as an exclusive presenter.

The internationally established artistic light event will take place from October 5th to October 14th and will, once again, amaze an audience of millions from all over the world. Light artists transform Berlin sights with multidimensional video technology into living works of art.

With E.ON’s support, the Berlin TV Tower at Alexanderplatz will be one of the festival’s main attractions.

Seven finalists were selected for the “Let’s Create a Better Tomorrow” campaign, following regional preliminary decisions throughout Europe. Their work will be shown on the television tower during the festival. Viewers can vote for the winner online.

E.ON is a shareholder in the Berlin gas utility Gasag, serving several areas in Berlin, and additionally operates a City Energy Solutions unit, to establish itself as a catalyst for the urban energy revolution in Germany.
