The GREENTECH FESTIVAL sees itself as a global platform that promotes innovative green technologies for a sustainable future.
The aim of the festival is to present innovative technologies for a greener future and to address the big global issues of the time, climate neutrality, reduction of CO2 emissions, and the connection between sustainability and technology.
Orcan's ORC modules
Orcan's ORC modules enable industrial companies to reduce the CO2 emissions of their plants
Orcan Energy will demonstrate at the E.ON booth - how Orcan's ORC modules work and how they can easily contribute to the decarbonization of industry today.
Orcan's ORC modules enable industrial companies to reduce the CO2 emissions of their plants, by generating 100 percent clean, CO2-free electricity from the heat i.e. the waste product of their industrial processes. At the same time, this enables them to permanently reduce their electricity costs - without lengthy approval processes and at extremely attractive subsidy offers.
The potential of waste energy
"Waste heat is the largest unused energy source in the world. Over 50 percent of industrial energy is lost as excess heat. It simply goes to waste. Yet the potential that lies in this hot air is gigantic. We want to show the general public how easy it is for companies to generate clean, low-cost electricity from industrial waste heat," says Andreas Sichert, Founder and CEO of Orcan Energy.
Andreas Sichert adds,"After all, with the current energy debate and looming energy shortages, everyone should know that waste heat recovery is a real changemaker for climate change. We are therefore very pleased to be part of the Greentech Festival in Berlin." Orcan Energy at the E.On booth F 03.
