Norway’s oil and gas sector

Anne Botne, currently Interim Country Director of Norway for Neptune, will remain with the company and fully resume her head of legal responsibilities.

Jim House, CEO of Neptune Energy, said: “I am delighted that Odin will be joining Neptune as he has a deep understanding of Norway’s oil and gas sector and proven experience working with strategic partners.”

Acquisition of VNG Norge AS

House added: “Having just completed the acquisition of VNG Norge AS, it’s an exciting time for Odin to join Neptune and lead our Norwegian business into the next stage of growth."

I would like to thank Anne for the stewardship she has provided since April and, in particular, her leadership of the integration teams involved with the VNG Norge organisation and business assets.  We value her dedication to our business and she will continue to provide key leadership to our legal teams.
