The IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES) embraces planning, research, development, design, application, construction, installation and operation of apparatus, equipment, structures, materials and system for the safe, reliable and economic generation, transmission, distribution, conversion, measurement and control of electric energy.

Keeping the slogan of 'Flexible interconnection, Resilient Grid', NR Energy actively involves itself in showcasing its world’s first ±500 kV VSC-HVDC grid, VSC-HVDC converter valve, VSC-HVDC circuit breaker, substation retrofit solutions, PCS smart series protection automation control and 500 kV UPFC in the IEEE forum. During the three-day event, attendees witnessed the booth and shared the pioneered technology. Moreover, they have shown a great interest in implementing world-class solutions in their future endeavors.
