Mitsubishi Electric Corporation has announced that that its wholly-owned subsidiary - Mitsubishi Electric Australia Pty. Ltd. has signed an agreement with the Australian Department of Defence for a joint development project.

This project aims to develop and transition a capability for the Australian military to enhance surveillance and survivability of Australian defense platforms.
