Infinitum Electric, a motor technology company leveraging its patented printed circuit board stator innovations to deliver the world’s most efficient and durable IoT-enabled electric motors for size, weight, and cost, has announced three senior executive appointments today.
Michael Gray joins the company as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing, alongside Paulo Guedes-Pinto as Vice President of Technology and Tracy Gill as Director of Engineering. Gray, Guedes-Pinto, and Gill join Infinitum’s executive team as the company opens its new headquarters and manufacturing facility in the Austin, Texas area.

Gray has over 30 plus years of experience in the global supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing. His career has encompassed growing and optimizing supply chain and manufacturing infrastructures in metal fabrication industries serving the power generation, oil and gas, and nuclear industries.
He has served in executive roles with Frisa Forge, Energy Alloys, and, most recently, Array Technologies, the world’s leading supplier of solar tracking systems. At Array Technologies he was responsible for the global supply chain and expanding Array’s supply and manufacturing base around the world.
Paulo Guedes-Pinto's experience
In a career that extends for almost 40 years, Guedes-Pinto has over 27 years of experience in the design and manufacture of large AC and DC motors, traction motors, axial flux permanent magnet machines, high-speed permanent magnet motors for subsea and land applications, as well as medium voltage drives.
Before joining Infinitum Electric, Guedes-Pinto held engineering and R&D leadership positions at TECO-Westinghouse, Boulder Wind Power, FMC Technologies, GE Canada, JDS Uniphase, and Indústrias Villares (now Gevisa, a GE company). He holds nine patents related to electric machines and drives.
Tracy Gill's experience
He has worked in various industries including oil and gas exploration, semi-conductor, renewables, and defense
Gill joins Infinitum as Director of Engineering, with over three decades of engineering and management experience.
He has worked in various industries including oil and gas exploration, semi-conductor, renewables, and defense. He has a strong background in design, development, and product validation with both large and small companies, most recently working for Raytheon in their Directed Energy program.
