Hunt Electric’s Human Resources Director, Megan Clyne recently announced the promotion of Molly Halgrimson to Human Resources Manager.

In this new role, Molly will continue to work with the talent acquisition team filling open positions while also providing strategic support to our hiring managers. Molly will be taking on employee relations and working with both managers and employees on a wide array of topics that come up in day-to-day work life. Additionally, she’ll delve into the world of benefits and payroll too.

Providing strategic support

Collaborating with various groups across the company is something Molly really enjoys about her role

Molly started at Hunt in 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. She’s always enjoyed working with people and talent acquisition/HR seemed to just really fit with her personality and education.

Molly shared with us that she was excited to work at Hunt Electric as her Dad worked in construction, specifically steel, his entire life. She said, “It felt like a melding of my own personal interests and also a tie back to my Dad, who would be so excited to see me in the industry he loved so much.”

Collaborating with various groups across the company is something Molly really enjoys about her role with each team having its own unique personality. She enjoys discovering the intricacies of the daily operations while being a partner in helping the teams continue to grow.
