GlobalLogic Inc., a pioneer in digital product engineering, announced that Betsy Atkins has been appointed as the company’s new Chairman of the Board.
With a deep history of founding and pioneering technology companies, Ms. Atkins is also the founder and sitting CEO of the venture capital firm Baja Corporation.

As Chairman, she will leverage her corporate governance and direct industry experience to increase GlobalLogic’s leadership effectiveness and strategy development as the company continues to expand around the globe. Ms. Atkins succeeds Sir Peter Bonfield who recently retired after serving as Chairman for more than three years.

Ms. Atkins is a three-time CEO and serial entrepreneur with operating experience that is directly relevant to GlobalLogic’s mission. She has co-founded enterprise software companies in multiple industries, including energy, healthcare, and networking. She also has a proven track record at scaling companies through hypergrowth and pioneering them to successful IPO and acquisitions.
