Advanced plant maintenance, packaged integrations, BI & Analytics, and open-source GIS, are the strong points of the new release.

As the concept of workforce digitalization continues to grow and influences a greater number of businesses, FSM is shifting its proposition toward an even more connected world of possibilities, both for field and plant maintenance. The new release of Geocall will drive the clients into a comprehensive Field Service transformation, through a broad and deep array of features.

New features of Geocall

The new features of Geocall include:

  • Geocall Plant template capabilities: Planned and unplanned factory maintenance management, agile organization of the working day, GIS and BIM layout of the plant, advanced mobile App UX (embedding SPACE1 Virtual Collaboration and AR features), dashboarding and reporting.
  • An even more packaged and standardized integration with third-party products, thanks to the innovative features provided by their Integration Layer Multichannel.
