Full Gauge Controls recently obtained an Invention Patent registration for the VX-1025E electronic expansion valve model in both Brazil and the United States of America (USA), granted by the regulatory agencies INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property) and USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office), respectively.

In practice, this means that the technology developed by the company is entirely new, granting it the exclusive right to commercialization.

Industry's development capabilities

"This is a great achievement for all of us and an invaluable recognition at the global level of the Brazilian industry's development capabilities. It was an intense effort that involved the dedication of several internal teams at Full Gauge Controls in creating a revolutionary and innovative product, 2-in-1 (thermostat plus VEE driver)," proudly comments Full Gauge Controls' Director - Antonio Gobbi.

Given the complexity and rigor of obtaining an invention patent, it is considered the most challenging type of protection among all possible within intellectual property. The VX-1025E product is available at major retailers, and it is recommended to calculate the valve body model using the VEE Selector tool within the FG Toolbox app, available for free in smartphone app stores.
