Tier 4 final/ stage V line-up
Technological excellence and product innovation are core elements of FPT Industrial’s strategic mission. To comply with the strictest emissions regulations, the Brand has developed the patented HI-eSCR2 which enables its engines to meet Tier 4 Final and Stage V standards.
The HI-eSCR2 system maintains the same dimensions as previous solutions, requiring no machine redesign or layout changes.

This latest generation of engines boasts even more outstanding performance, with excellent transient load response and power, all while maintaining a low total cost of ownership (TCO), due to optimized fluid consumption, a maintenance-free after-treatment system, and an impressive service interval of 600 hours.
All FPT Industrial’s Tier 4 Final/Stage V engines are fully compatible with HVO, reducing the CO2 impact by up to 90% depending on the feedstock used in the HVO production. Compared to most conventional diesel fuels, it also results in a substantial reduction of soot and is sulfur-free.

FPT Industrial’s Tier 3 engines offer dependable emergency, stationary power with low fuel consumption, and low maintenance costs, optimizing space due to their compact footprint. This line-up includes all FPT Industrial’s engines with displacement from 4.5 liters (N45) to 12.9 liters (CURSOR 13) and power ratings from 50 kWe to 350 kWe.
The Brand’s Tier 3 engines feature G-Drive, a quick-to-market solution, due to the pre-assembled cooling pack and air cleaner. Visitors to the booth will be able to discover the N45, the highly reliable 4.5-liter engine which is ideal for emergency applications, and is available in both mechanical and electronically controlled versions.

FPT Industrial has developed a wide range of solutions for unregulated markets, offering compact engines that deliver reliable power with low fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
The Brand’s portfolio for unregulated markets ranges from 2.4-liter to 16-liter G-Drive engines (delivering power from 20 kWe to 550 kWe), available both with mechanical and electronic injection systems, natural aspirated or turbocharged. The flexibility to switch between 50 Hz to 60 Hz allows for efficient stock management by customers.
