Intelligent power management company - Eaton announced two new appointments in its Electrical Sector, Americas Region. Angie McMillin joins as President of Energy Solutions and Services and John Rhodes joins as President of Assemblies and Residential Solutions. Both McMillin and Rhodes report to Mike Yelton, President of Eaton’s Electrical Sector in the Americas, effective November 27, 2023.

Angie McMillin appointed President of Energy Solutions

Angie McMillin will lead Eaton’s teams that provide innovative solutions, deep application expertise

Angie McMillin will lead Eaton’s teams that provide innovative solutions, deep application expertise and services for industrial, utility, data center, construction and machine building customers across the Americas.

Prior to joining Eaton, Angie McMillin held several leadership positions across multiple functions with companies, such as Delphi, Vertiv and TE Connectivity. Most recently, she served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bently Nevada, a Baker Hughes business. 

John Rhodes - President of Assemblies and Residential Solutions

John Rhodes joins Eaton from Emerson, where he spent more than three decades in various technical, commercial, strategic and general management roles. He most recently served as President for the company’s Digital & Connected Technologies business group.

In his new role, John Rhodes will lead Eaton’s teams in the Americas that provide essential electrical assemblies across industries with solutions for commercial, data center, industrial, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and residential customers.
