CORE Electric Cooperative is committed to providing choice and excellent customer service to its members. As such, every few years CORE surveys to understand the experiences and opinions of members.

CORE is partnering with Corona Insights, a Denver-based research firm, to conduct the member survey. Topics include customer service, electricity priorities, and home energy usage. Members’ input is needed to ensure the results represent the broad spectrum of opinions that exist among CORE’s members.

Online survey

Between July 11 and July 30, Corona Insights will email several thousand members to take the survey online. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and, as a thank-you for their time, everyone who completes the survey will have an opportunity to enter a drawing for a chance to win one of five $100 gift cards.

On behalf of CORE leadership and staff, they appreciate the surveyed members’ time and thank them for participating. Their input will help CORE ensure that their services and communications are meaningful, relevant, and useful.
