In Spain, Axpo begins construction of one of its largest solar plants to date in September 2023. The plant, with an installed capacity of 200 megawatts, is part of Axpo's ambition to develop ten gigawatts in Europe by 2030.

As the largest Swiss producer of renewable energies, Axpo is thus making a contribution to the expansion of climate-friendly electricity production in Europe, from which Switzerland also benefits.
