Aggreko, which is Glasgow headquartered, is a Principal Partner for TEDxGlasgow which aims to put a spotlight on the best ideas across Scotland and amplify them to a global audience in the hope of bringing about systematic change.
This is the latest step in Aggreko’s efforts to build a more sustainable future, after announcing 2020's commitments to reduce local emissions and diesel emissions by 50% by 2030 and to become a net zero business across all operations and services by 2050.

Over the next twelve months, TEDxGlasgow will deliver a series of sustainability and climate action-related events to drive forward the agenda and raise awareness of COP26.
Aggreko will take part in a number of initiatives, including workshops, contributions to TEDxGlasgow’s impact report, and a presence at its annual conference. Aggreko will also sign TEDxGlasgow’s Climate Action Agreement which is to be announced on 7th October 2021.
