Volkswind is one of the pioneers among German wind energy producers. Since its foundation, Volkswind has built up a highly qualified workforce. In the national companies, Volkswind deliberately builds up know-how with local staff. In the meantime, less than half of the employees only come from Germany. The company is proud of its 40% women quota, who play a decisive role in determining success both in management and in the technical areas.
