VTC (Virginia Transformer And Georgia Transformer Corp/ VA Transformer) is building a second 300,000 square feet transformer manufacturing facility, in Chihuahua, Mexico.

This new manufacturing plant, which is scheduled to open later in 2022, will incorporate best-in-class design, manufacturing technology and assembly automation, and will manufacture small-power, E2X Series oil filled and dry type transformers.
