On October 22, 2020, Shanghai Electric (Anhui) Energy Storage Co., Ltd. came on stream at Anhui Chaohu Economic Development Zone.
The newly-built plant is equipped with automated production lines for manufacturing flow energy-storage cells at a design capacity of 200MW/1GWH.
