Full Gauge Controls recently obtained an Invention Patent registration for the VX-1025E electronic expansion valve model in both Brazil and the United States of America (USA), granted by the regulatory agencies INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property) and USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office), respectively.
In practice, this means that the technology developed by the company is entirely new, granting it the exclusive right to commercialization.

Given the complexity and rigor of obtaining an invention patent, it is considered the most challenging type of protection among all possible within intellectual property.
