Barbara Schädler, Executive Vice President for Communications and Public Affairs, will leave E.ON on September 30, 2019, to take on a new professional challenge. E.ON will announce her successor shortly.

"In her three and a half years at E.ON, Barbara Schädler has significantly enhanced the company‘s public reputation as well as employee involvement," E.ON CEO Johannes Teyssen said.

"Although I regret that she is leaving E.ON, I appreciate the opportunity her new role represents. Together with my colleagues on the E.ON Board of Management, I wish her all the best for her personal and professional future," Teyssen added.

Barbara comments 

"I am very grateful for the time I have spent at E.ON, especially at such an important time in the company’s history. I would particularly like to thank Johannes Teyssen," Barbara Schädler said.

"Although I am looking forward to my new job very much, I will miss many colleagues, the people outside our company with whom I had the honor to work, and especially my outstanding team at E.ON," she continued.
